How to prepare for your session

 

It is beneficial to take some time to sit in silence 15-30 minutes before your scheduled session to help you relax, especially if you are feeling nervous. This would also be a good time to reach out to your loved ones with any concerns you may be having. Whether you choose to verbally speak to them or communicate with them through your thoughts, they will hear you.

 

If you're having a phone session, please find a quiet location alone where you will not be interrupted or distracted. 

 

You are encouraged to take notes. Dawn does not allow recordings during sessions.
